The deadline for registration is October 15th, 2014.

Registration checks must be received by November 1st.  Address can be found at the bottom of this page.

All registration is done online.  From this website, Troupe Directors will be able to enter all information regarding your troupe, chaperones and Troupe Director.  From T-shirt sizes to Individual Events to One Act Plays, it’s all up to you to enter the data accurately.  

Internet Broadway Data Base (www.ibdb.com) is a terrific source for finding and names of composers and lyricists, and show titles.  Plus, the website is a great educational tool.

LIMITS 

For the Individual  Students can participate in up to four IE's where one must be technical. If they do not do any technical events, then the max is 3 performance events.  No student may enter the same event twice.  Being in the cast or crew of a one act play has no bearing on participation in Individual Events.

COST  The cost is $35, which includes admission to all individual events, lunch, workshops, and a T-Shirt. Additional directors, sponsors, and chaperons are $35 and will include the above items as well. Day passes are $40 (sold on the day of the event) and will not include food or reserved seating at the closing ceremonies). While dinner is not provided, there will be food trucks available to purchase meals from 1 PM to 6 PM

Food orders will need to be submitted separately (listing how many pizza pies per troupe, average 2 pizza slices per students - cheese, pepperoni, veggie, or supreme options; coke, sprite or water to drink). Orders should be emailed to jeremy.henry@polk-fl.net with the following heading: Troupe # - District Festival Lunch Order.

CHAPERONES  Well, you can never have too many.  You must have a chaperone for every 10 students.

Scene Writing entries must be submitted electronically by Oct. 15th, 2014 to jeremy.henry@polk-fl.net with the following heading: Troupe # - District Festival Scene Writing Submission(s)
